Eunice.
co-founder/manager
Eunice is one of the founding directors and
is our manager. A BA graduate from the
University of Nairobi, with further training
in tours and travels. Her experience spans
18 years in the industry. If you happen to
miss her in the office, you will probably
meet her in one of the travel exhibitions or
travel forums around the world. She really
enjoys uncovering new destinations as well
as engaging potential travelers as they plan
their holidays and vacations. She believes
that the success of a good holiday is as a
result of how well it was planned. An avid
reader and a fitness enthusiast,
Eunice is Married and a doting mother to 19
year old daughter Ashley, 16 year old son,
Tush and 8 year old daughter, Nyakio.

Justin Chianda Gathumbi. Co-founder/ops
manager
Gathumbi is an experienced travels
professional who brings more than 20 years’
expertise and leadership to designer.
In his current role, he oversees the
operations management arm of the agency,
using his talents to build engaging and
effective deliverables for designer tours
and travels. His expertise includes safaris,
overland, trucking, guiding, planning,
coordination, routing and complete tour
management both nationally and
internationally.
Committed to sustainability both
professionally and personally, he is
interested in helping out the needy and
nurturing community based sponsorship
projects. Justin is a Kenyan native, and is
married to Rose and blessed with 13 year old
son, Chianda and 9 year old daughter, Njambi. |

Duncan:
Financial Administrator
Budgets, numbers, financials, accrual
accounting, AARGH! We like to go to safaris,
not do accounting. Luckily for us, Duncan
loves accounting. that is why he
is
responsible for developing and implementing
financial and administrative procedures such
as: payroll, bookkeeping, insurance, budget
and cost control, personnel policies,
accounting functions, procurement
procedures, contracts, inventory management
and control procedures.
Duncan is a
professional accountant and has a soft spot
for IT and the travel industry.

David
Senior Tour guide/ Driver.
David has been driving since 1979. He has
been a tour guide for the last 17 years and
knows Eastern Africa very very well. as in
ALL parks and reserves, has overland
experience. His knowledge in flora and fauna
is astonishing. He has been at designer
since 2008.
brings a broad range of skills, an
enthusiasm to learn and an unparalleled
commitment to his clients. David is
widely traveled and has worked in as far
flung places as Darfur ( He served as a
driver and a Mechanic to a UN Mission in
darfur, western Sudan). Married to grace and
father to Isaack, he is credited as among the
founder players of the Kenya commercial
bank's rugby team. He likes watching sports
and fishing.... Meeting new people is
his favourite pasttime! |

Evelyn:
Tours and travel consultant
Evelyn brings extensive expertise in Tours
operation, tours costing, itineraries,
global travel, global travel including
insurance, visas, accommodation, mileage
membership, preferred seats, conference
facilities and office management. She
usually comes up with very creative
itineraries. Evelyn is excited to be a part
of the growth and development of the
designer staff. She believes in the power
within each of us to do amazing things when
we connect to each other. On the weekends
you can usually find Evelyn hiking and
hanging out with family and friends
exploring the gorgeous Kenyan countryside.
She also likes reading and watching and oh
by the way if you ask her out, be sure to
get her Chicken Pilau- a spicy Swahili dish
with exotic East African spices. its her
favorite. |

AGNES:
Accountant Assistant
Agnes is statistics
professional. In her current role, she
returns to accountant but continues to work
with the Manager to help ensure the
operations function smoothly
She’s serious. So serious, in fact, that
she does taxes for fun. Of course, she
reads other stuff too, and can’t fall
asleep without a book in her hand. The
great thing is she also likes to travel.
We’re glad, because it keeps her from
reading the tax code and laughing at us
for not “getting it.”
